– zac unr -f
– zac cc
– Delete the registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SysWoW64\Novell\ZCM\PreAgent\Guid
– Delete the registry keys named after machine names from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Novell\ZCM\Remote Management\Agent\<machine name(s)>. Normally they should have sub-values such as Certificate and Key. Do not delete other keys, such as Default, Device, etc
– Stop all running Novell Services (such as: Novell Identity Store, Novell ZENworks Agent Service, Novell ZENworks Remote Management powered by VNC, ZESService, etc)
– Run %programfiles(x86)%\Novell\Zenworks\bin\preboot\ZISWIN.exe
+ Edit > Clear Image-safe-Data
+ File > Save Image-safe-Data
+ File > Exit
– Delete the following files from %programfiles(x86)%\novell\zenworks\conf\
+ devicedata
+ deviceguid
+ *.sav
– Rename %programfiles(x68)%\Novell\Zenworks\conf\initial-web-service.bak to initial-web-service
– Delete all files and folders inside %programfiles(x86)%\Novell\Zenworks\cache\zmd\

– Delete c:\ziswin.hst

*unr -f only if not registered in the zone
